What we collect

Most of this site can be read without giving us anything. We collect information in two situations:

When you send an inquiry. The form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the company you are interested in, and your message. We also record the page the form was sent from, the referring page if your browser shares it, your browser's user-agent string, and the date and time.
When you visit. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard connection data (such as your IP address and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run analytics scripts or advertising trackers, and we do not set tracking cookies.

Bot protection

The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser to do that. It is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. To limit repeated submissions, we store a one-way hash of your IP address alongside your inquiry. The hash cannot be turned back into the address.

How we use it

We use inquiry information for one purpose: to read your message and respond. Specifically, we:

store each inquiry in a database hosted on Cloudflare, in the United States;
send a notification email to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider;
route the inquiry to the company it concerns.

Because this site is operated by Gabbie Mac Holdings LLC, an inquiry addressed to Forge & Field Holdings LLC or By Grace Foundation is first received by Gabbie Mac Holdings LLC and then handed to that separate entity so it can answer. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for responding to you and keeping a record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by writing to hello@buildgrowforward.com, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your choices

You may write to us directly by email instead of using the form.
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
You may decline to give a phone number. It is optional.

Service providers

We rely on Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot protection, email routing) and Resend (outbound email). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not share your information with anyone else except when the law requires it.

Children

This site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
