The Foundation is being formed with a simple intention: quiet work, done with care, for people who need a next step and a little grace to take it. Its programs, its governance, and the people who will lead it are being put in place with the patience that a public charity deserves.

It is independent. It is not owned by any company, and it does not belong to Gabbie Mac Holdings or to Forge & Field Holdings. It appears on this site because it shares a founder with them, and because the founder wanted its name written down from the beginning.

As the formation completes, this page will describe the Foundation's purpose, its first work, and how it is governed.

The foundation grows from a mission its founding team has carried for a lifetime.
